A lot of these are so easy to implement and #28 is probably my favourite. Having a gratitude journal definitely changed my perspective on life. Oprah Winfrey has had a gratitude journal for the greater part of 20 years!

1. Stay In Contact With Friends
It’s easy to lose contact with friends and even family. Make an effort to stay in touch, or reconnect with old friends, and you will feel better for it
2. Try New Things
Do things that scare you, or open your mind to new things – opening up to new experiences can be an extremely positive influence
3. Surround Yourself With Positive People
You are a reflection of the company that you keep – to be happy, surround yourself with a close group of positive people.
4. Have Fun!
All work and no play? Sometimes it’s okay to blow off responsibility and do things you love with the people you love!
